Before I format and reinstall windows(with the same CD), everything was okay. But now, I have problems with Turkish characters in PsPad (with notepad, I can see Turkish characters, but when I open the same file with PsPad, there is a problem with Turkish characters). I think the problem is related to character codings. I have selected Turkish as "Language for non-Unicode programs" in control panel and checked "Apply all settings to the curent user account and to the default user profile". But this didn't help. Can you have any suggestions?
