bug with lineText() with white space at beginning of line [54690]

Hi,

The problem reported by ctk "bug with lineText() in combination with \t"
regarding the lineText() is still broken in 2395.
(I couldn't reply/quote in that thread)

And yes, I did verify that it is related to the Extended Home Key selection.

My code:

    var ed = newEditor();
    ed.assignActiveEditor();
    var lines = ed.lineText();
    ed.lineText(lines);

If there is more that 2 spaces or a tab at the beginning of the line, the white
space is not replaced.
