I'm curious, is there a specific type of file (eg, txt or php or html or css) that you are experiencing this problem with? or does it exhibit this problem for any file regardless of file-type? What is the active Syntax setting (as shown in the status bar on the bottom of the window between the ASCII/Hex display and the CodePage identification?
