Seems it is built-in :| Names of colours are seemingly compiled directly in PSPad.exe and I am not aware of any other config switch influencing paste mode, so I guess it it also hardcoded. I would vote for external INI with (deletable/extendable) values, including names. It's a pity it is not done this way, while other features (pspad.ini, links.ini, wwwtools.ini, ascii.ini ...) are.
