Kaufmann: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I tried it but I'm dissatisfied
After finding the searched character ' this function replaced ' with '\n automaticly the remaining string is put into the next line. Now pspad means its ready. PSpad stop after the first finding. I don't want to repeat this 50 times. Is there another solution possible which do this without to kick off it 50 times? Best regards Wilhelm Kaufmann -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I believe, for this function to work as mentioned, you would need to use some recent beta version, such as 4.5.6 (2419) http://forum.pspad.com/read.php?6,56940 (Overwrite the program files in the directory the full version is installed (from: http://www.pspad.com/en/download.php ) With the older versions, you can replace with newline using the backwards replace (set the cursor at the end of the file and select the search direction - backwards in the replace dialog.) hth, vbr -- <http://forum.pspad.com/read.php?2,57160,57171> PSPad freeware editor http://www.pspad.com
