Hi I tried to make a lot of changes in my PSpad.ini and KeyMap.INI files, and to copy them AFTER installation into %Programfiles%\PSPad editor if using
[Config] MultiUser=0 and I tried to copy PSpad.ini and KeyMap.INI AFTER installation into C:\Users\ <logonname> \AppData\Roaming\PSpad, if using [Config] MultiUser=1 In both cases, when I started PsPad, none of my changes in PSpad.ini and KeyMap.INI was active, but only your builtin settings was active. To solve that issue, I did the same, but AFTER installation and BEFORE copying my changed ini files, I started PsPad and made the following changes using menu Program Settings: Enable Real tab (in order to activate PSpad.ini) Change to F1 for 'Help for language' (in order to activate KeyMap.INI) And that worked, but can't be solved with silent install using a vbScript. BUT I think that it will help, when we can decide the folders, if you let us create your builtin settings without the need to open PsPad and "force" the activation using menu program settings -- <http://forum.pspad.com/read.php?2,58228,58236> PSPad freeware editor http://www.pspad.com
