Hi Chuckf I didn't understand your comment to solve the scenario described in my case:
the only difference is that there needs to be some text after the tab(s) for this to happen. because at the same time you tell us: Set "Trim Trailing Spaces" ON Set "Real Tabs" ON I already did that, and I still get trailing "empty" tabs after using CTRL+V BUT AFTER TESTING IT MY SELF, I SOLVED MY SCENARIO THIS WAY: Set "Trim Trailing Spaces" OFF Set "Real Tabs" ON And now the cursor is placed excactly at the end of the line after using CTRL+V Actually I don't understand that it solved my scenario, because enabling "Trim trailing spaces" should in my opinon solve the scenario, but it don't -- <http://forum.pspad.com/read.php?2,58229,58237> PSPad freeware editor http://www.pspad.com
