Puuh, that's real Windows and IE bullshit. Tried to config a script like described in post. Now I'm running into the WSH script error.
Then tried to check the 'allow locale script' config in IE. No chance, the config menus in IE9 are complete crap. I will forget it and use my scripts via shortcut.
