Interestingly, sigle quoted strings in User Highligters does not suffer from this.
By the way, recently I've tried to turn _off_ both "Single Quote" and "Double Quote" highligting in certain highlighter and found that this setting for the _double_ quoted string never gets saved nor becomes effectively disabled in the time of setting.
