OK for those having problems with it saying the dll not registered etc here's what I did. Simply run PSPad as admin. Find PSPad in your start menu or on your desktop, right click on it and select Run as Administrator. Once it has opened create a file then run Multiline Search/Replace. This should make it register the dll. Now close PSPad and run it as normal and it should work.
