Sometimes "default client" in Windows isn't what you awaited. To fix it, you can set Outlook as defalt client somewhere in Outlook settings or from the other side - use default application from the Widnows start menu. Even Outlook is set as default, change it, confirm and change it back. It usually fix default settings
