I run processmonitor utility and there is only one write for ANSI same as for
UNICODE format. I agree, arround it is several files access - checking if file
exists before writing, gather of the current attributes, current time.
When attribute is set to hidden, read only or system, PSPad needs to reset it.
When you save file, PSPad must return attributes back
If set Don't change time, PSPad must return datetime stamp for the file
On the final, PSPad reads current time stamp for proper file change detection.

I know, it can generate lot of filoe access and slow down save process on slow
network drives. I will try to reduce number of accesses
