Can't save Settings/special settings [62003]

Hello,
I try to change the settings at
setting
   /program settings
      /special settings
        Object Pascal Filter=Pascal files
(*.pas;*.dpr;*.dpk;*.inc;*.dfm;*.xfm;_*.pp_)|*.pas;*.dpr;*.dpk;*.inc;*.dfm;
*.xfm;_*.pp_

.pp for Free Pascal.
It keeps when I press OK on special settings.
If I leave Settings, the change is lost.

Where is this Table for the special settings saved.
