You wrote you use project. there is no needs to keep all files as tabs. close them and use only tabs for files you are editing. you can every time open it from your project --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
For what it's worth, I would really appreciate having an option to keep the tabs sorted. I already use the project to keep files in order but a) closing a file loses undo history for that file b) finding a file in a large project of 200 folders and 1000 files can take a very long time c) having to remember which files I was editing can get very confusing I frequently have 30 or 40 files open at a time in any one project, having them automatically sorted would be really helpful. -- <http://forum.pspad.com/read.php?2,62749,62849> PSPad freeware editor http://www.pspad.com
