Please screenshot with project you are trying to save I repeat again. PSPad doesn't delete any files. If you added your files into project and you saved your project, there is file something.PPR This file you can load anytime. If you close PSPad with loaded project, PSPad will load it next time automatically.
Condition: 1. PSPad isn't installed as portable in Program files folder - settings must be out of program files folder, in default in your profile. See the path in program files / Bankup 2.
