PSPad did not crash often only in some exceptional circumstances which I can live with.
My System Windows 7 64 ultimate i7 12GB RAM craches about 1 time a month (can't figure out why). I've about 4 to 12 open files I'm working on (mostly opened via FTP). (FTP files sadly will not get reopened anyway.) Recent.INI has not only get refreshed on file close but also on file open. I have multiple windows (tasks in taskbar) open for my daily work and mostly do not shut down my PC but set it to sleep mode (Ruhezustand).
