Is there a way to select a word via keyboard that simulates double-clicking it with the mouse? When you double-click a word with the mouse, only the word is selected. When you use Shift-Ctrl-Right (SelWordRight), you get the word plus the non-word characters (spaces, dashes, etc.) to the right until the next word.
