Open program settings / Editor 2 and check position of Right edge. Standard
position is 80.

I set it to 120, more appropriate for 1280 pixels on the screen. But when I turn
on vertical line, right edge disappears or drawing at wrong place, looks like as
phantom line.

Here is right edge on, another is phantom line outside text area:
