OK, udało się. Dla wszystkich z podobnym problemem: Ustawienia->Ustawienia programu->Mapowanie klawiszy->Edycja PSPad.INI (dopiero w tym okienku inaczej są zupełnie inne opcje i tam nie można zmienić klawiszy). Ale przy wydaniu nowszej wersji twórcy mogliby poprawić odrazu te ustawienia.

For all with a similar problem: Settings-> Program Settings-> Key Mapping-> Edit PSPad.INI (only in this window are otherwise quite different options and there can not be change keys).
