Ver 4.6.1.2730 I have the Program Settings to "Designate Directory" and I set a valid folder. But when I press Ctrl+O to open a file, it defaults to the folder of the last opened file. I've used PSPad for years and don't remember the last time I changed my settings, but perhaps I overwrote something in the last update I unzipped. How can I get it to always open to a specified folder?
