No. WSH is Windows scripting Host engine. It serves as host for another languages. Part of Windows is JScript and VBScript. You can install another languages like PHP, Perl, ... I don't know if AutoIT suports to be hosted by WSH. To create folders manually won't help you. PSPad gets list of languages from system and creates folders for languages which are installed when you start PSPad and when PSPad has rights to do it.
