On Russian Windows 7, have no problems. New ASCII chart is great, but... wrong on DBCS codepages, e. g. Chinese or Japanese. Please restrict chart to SBCS only, or check leading bytes and display only single leading bytes, which has no trailing bytes. I know, these exist in Japanese, forgot about Chinese.
