I'm experiencing this bug too, and it happens also in the latest 32bit version which I'm using.
I still haven't found what causes the problem, but I'm sure this happens even when no hibernation is used, and it was present even when I tried the 64bit version. It's a scary bug, since it overwrites some bytes of the file with garbled chars...
