PGomersall: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jan, that works but I don't tend to not use the tool panel because it clutters the application's usable editing area. I tend to just click on the open icon on the tool bar and was wondering if it could show on its flyout under a pinned files section; just similar to the same feature in MS Word's file open area. Hello I searched it and find it's possible. But on the other side, isn't possible for you to use standard Open file shortcut Ctrl+O what works near in all Windows applications? -- <https://forum.pspad.com/read.php?2,70850,71113> PSPad freeware editor https://www.pspad.com
