Hi, these are probably undocked miniframes of some tools - display the Tool panel (if it isn't shown already) Ctrl+F2 or View: Tool Panel then you can drag the miniframes with the mouse by the title bar into the area of the other tools, - it should be docked automatically on releasing the mouse button there.
