of course I used fonts capable of displaying the glyph (Consolas among them), else it wouldn't show up in the third line.
The interesting part is that on my Windows 10 PC, it depends on the other characters present in the context, as I wrote in the subject. But after your reply I tried another PC running Windows 7. On this system, the H never showed up.
