Would love to see this. I prefer PSPad to Notepad++ generally but always annoying when editing files in protected locations, eg (program files). Running as admin means right clicking on other files won't then open in PSPad. Also I always forget. Notepad++ will flag this when you try to save and automatically reopen in Admin mode. This works really well.
