but the dotted lines don't follow any logics
like javascript it is okay i.e. if { ... }
but in cobol not, lines seems to be random and also no folding possible?
in some previous versions ago, it worked

Guide lines follows tabs width, maybe there is some other logic too.
Cobol code folding supports some basics things like divisions, sections... It's
hard to do for Cobol, cause there is no END of division or sections, but simple
start of new section
