Hello You can't "rearrange" order of highlighters, but you are able to switch off unused highlighters in the highlighter settings - uncheck checkbox before highlighter name. PSpad won't offer highlighters in the New file list or open dialog filters. But it will still detect highlighter and use them when you open any file.
