Not a major issue but different than prior versions and somewhat annoying: After starting PSPad, using any of the normal methods to open a new file (File->Open, CTRL+O, toolbar, etc.) opens the file open dialog in the bottom-right corner of the desktop, whereas it used to open it near the middle of the desktop.
