For some years I've been very happy with PSPad - reliable, and very functional in Windows 10. Yesterday the settings had vanished. The background was gone, a ruler appeared and all my active text files were gone, with no history. I spent time fixing this, and today there was a repeat. I do not know if there's a bug, a corrupt sector or similar, or a virus. Thoughts on the preceding would be appreciated. Thank you.
