_PSPad_, if you add words from the text file No. 2 of the UNIX format with
the encoding "ANSI Cyrillic (1251)" to the text file No. 1 of the "DOS" format
with the encoding "Unicode UTF-8 no BOM (65001)", then when saving the file #1
Does PSPad Editor automatically convert added words to "DOS" format and "Unicode
UTF-8 no BOM (65001)" encoding of file #1? Or does it have to be done manually?

PSPad internally works in UTF-16. It means if you will copy from file to file
with different encodings and save your file, PSPad will do it for you.
But!
If you use CP 1251 and your other file will contains chars outside of the
cyrillic, PSPad waon't be able to save it correctly in CP 1251.
