The default folder for install PSpad is Program files, that is protected from making of the custom configuration without windows lead.
I recommend to use the Total Commander's experience and change the default folder in installation pack to c:\PSpad -- <https://forum.pspad.com/read.php?2,78375,78375> PSPad freeware editor https://www.pspad.com
