I am experiencing this issue on the latest 64b release. You are able to override the application by changing the Compatibility settings in Windows. Right-click the shortcut -> Properties -> Compatibility -> Change high DPI settings -> High DPI scaling override: Check the Override option and choose System (Enhanced). The next time you open it it *should* scale properly between monitors.
