Hi! I have made some changes to my PsPad configuration, and I don't know what mistake I made.
Until now, when I entered the command "PsPad abc.txt" and the file abc.txt was already open in PsPad, the program just activated the already runnning PsPad window and switched to the tab with this filename. Now, a new instance of Pspad starts and the same file is open in two windows.
