Hi, i can confirm this glitch, (also in the Version 5.5.1. 817, 32bit). It occurs with the replace option [x] Prompt Each Replace
It seems to be some kind of "phantom cursor" - after the mentioned replacement, it is even outside of the editing area, i.e. with line numbers visible it blinks on the left of the line number 1.
