Hi! Haven't been around here in a long time. I've been using (and recommending to everyone) v5.0.4 (543) because it's impossible to live with the random character problem. I lost access to important files because information got chewed up by these random characters. I came by to see if PSPad had gotten past this road block yet; it's been so long! I don't know wy v5.0.4 (543) doesn't have it if all the other newer versions are stuck with it.
