Thought I would add to this to say the problem seems to be with AT&T's DNS servers. If I check for updates 3 or 4 times it eventually finds it.
Same thing if I ping pspad.com from a DOS command prompt. A couple times it can't find it and then it does. I would even see it with Firefox not finding the forum. If I change Firefox to use DNS over HTTPS with Cloudflare handling the DNS, it never has a problem finding the forum. So, don't think it's anything wrong with the program.
