I have just uploaded ATA/ATAPI-6 rev 3a to incoming on the FTP site as d1410r3a.pdf and d1410r3a.zip. This rev contains all of the changes agreed to during the letter ballot comment resolution this week. It is the version that will be forwarded to NCITS for public review.
