Looks like the Ata folk neglected to take anything except read/write past the 28-bit 
Lba barrier.

This means bridges to Ata cannot bridge such concepts as x2B Seek, x3E ReadLong, x3F 
WriteLong, not above 128GiB @ 0.5KiB/block, not in any vendor-independent way.

The Scsi 64-bit extension to go above their 32-bit Lba barrier is equally broken.

Fun to think about, eh?
