so they can reaffirm and then a year from now vote to withdraw.

That stupid tailgate thing should definitely get killed - it should
have never been published.

ATA/ATAPI-4 may be a more difficult thing to obsolete. If T13 votes
to continue support of ATA/ATAPI-4, what options, if any, exist? Can
it be supported one year at a time? I could see supporting
ATA/ATAPI-4 for two more years but not as long as five more years.
