Fortunately I've already got a copy, and am actually working with Curtis Stevens and Scott Townsend (both formerly of Phoenix) who were instrumental in writing this spec. N.B. Anyone interested in this topic should know that there are at least half a dozen boot-related specifications that I'm aware of.
