I'd be happy to join in by phone. Since my issues are long term issues I have personally, without the backing of an immediate @iomega.com business case, I don't have money for a plane ticket, even my time isn't officially donated. Offline recently, in response to my "I hit Send. Where did I go wrong." I received "You went wrong long ago, by sending ten times the amount people like to read." It may be that I was wrong to think that any point of substance could be conveyed by email. Maybe we can only do things backed by pointy-haired folk. I'm not sure. I gave up once about a year ago. This time around I tried a limit of one post per topic per author per day. That worked for awhile. Maybe I should just unsubscribe myself. I don't know. I figured at least people here would like to know: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=813908 exists. I'm guessing I'm not the only one who would like to know how Microsoft decides if a device "is ATAPI" or not. Maybe I'm wrong. Pat, Are you planning on attending next week's T13 meeting in Irvine, CA ? If so, maybe some of your issues can be resolved face-to-face, in a shorter time ?
