The updated Volume d1532r3b (Rev 3b of the Serial ATA volume) is now posted on the reflector at http://www.t13.org/#Project_drafts
This version has lots of clean-ups and updates from the last two meetings. The amount of "editors notes" and other open issues is reduced dramatically. Many editor action items are completed and all the broken links are fixed (I hope). I'm sure you will also like the cleaner look, with page breaks, cleaned-up index, and so forth. This is the next version for review.
FYI, with respect to the issues discussed at the last meeting (guidance rules), there are no changes in the document. I think we need plenary discussion for that..
