just talked to our IT guy. He mentions that it IS because of DNS issues. The IP
address has changed so DNS servers would need like a day or so to update all DNS
servers. It should be okay with in next day.
In
the meantime, please use the IP address mentioned below in Steve's
email,

I sent that original note out over 24hrs before it showed up, so the reflector is running very slow.
I can currently get to http://216.148.218.140 find but http://www.t13.com fails to resolve.

Apparently some people are able to get to it (thru browser, ping etc.) including myself and others are not. I have requested out IT to look at it, if this could be because of the move of our corporate offices that we had over the weekend.
