[t13] Hard-Disk Device Model

Hello All,
 I am looking for Hard-Disk Device model for Functional Verification. 
As it seems currently existing Memory model providers (like denali), do 
not provide Device-model.

 Does anyone has idea of the currently existing Device model being used 
for Host verification?.
