[t13] Building checkin procedures

For those coming to the T13 meetings:

 

Please checkin at Building A. For those that RSVP'd I have already provided names to security so badges should be waiting for you. For anyone else arriving, please checkin with the security desk and they can provide you with a badge (no problem if you didn't RSVP - please don't worry about that).
