I have completed the incorporation of the Write Read Verify
feature set into ATA8-ACS. The following resources have been assigned:
- SET FEATURES sub commands 0Bh
and 8Bh
- IDENTIFY DEVICE word 119 bit 1
(Feature set supported)
- IDENTIFY DEVICE word 120 bit 1
(Feature set enabled)
- IDENTIFY DEVICE words 210-211
(sectors to verify in mode 3)
- IDENTIFY DEVICE words 212-213
(sectors to verify in mode 2)
- DCO word 7 bit 14
(enable/disable the Write Read Verify feature set)
