T13 documents e06100r1 and e06101r1 now contain a link to a web page containing access to the always current TCG doc. The goal is to not maintain stale, outdated documents on the T13 website. My plan is (unless it poses a problem for someone): Documents e06100r0 and e06101r0 (which will become downlevel) will remain on t13.org until the next T13 meeting, after which time those revisions will be marked obsolete or removed so that the only 'official' way to get the TCG documents is via the tcg website public page listed.
