This message is for those of you that make proposals for
changes to ATA8-ACS. e06130 has been posted. This is a template for adding
feature sets and commands to ATA8-ACS. There are Frame, Word, and PDF versions
posted. These have the right fonts, table formats, and a sample generic state
transition diagram. I would appreciate your feedback. This will be on the
